Our story
It started with a boondocking trip.

I used to be a city slicker
I fought traffic all day, and hardly had enough time afterwork to feed myself before bed.
My life was an endless monotony.
So I did the sensible thing....
Put my job on hold and disappeared off-grid, boondocking in a tiny trailer.
The stark, awesome beauty of our parks opened my eyes forever.
For the first time, I felt the presence of God
Whatever I did in life now must involve adventuring outdoors.
A girl named Erin
She ended up becoming my wife, and mother to our two kids
As family adventurers, we started noticing some real pain-in-the-neck things when out hiking.
While carrying our toddler in a backpack carrier, he would rip off his binky clip and it would get lost on the trails.
He would also pull our hair.
So we invented the Trail Tether -a pacifier clip that anchors to your carrier pack. We’ve never dropped a pacifier since.
As it turns out, it also makes an awesome gear strap that we use constantly on our adventures.
We are parents who love the outdoors.
And we make products that help you adventure the way we like to.
